I do a daily gratitude list every morning - today’s include my amazing & kind audiologist. And heat, and cats. Things I’m looking forward to? A yoga retreat on the coast of NC in February! And my niece’s wedding in Virginia in May. Thinking about the happy, hopeful things is essential!

One of my daily rituals is going to my favorite coffee shop. I look forward to it every day and the staff are all now my friends and write me little notes on the cup.
